A man has been charged after a knife and several bottles of alcohol were recovered following a theft in Radlett.
The incident took place at around 12 noon on Tuesday (June 27), at Tesco in Watling Street.
Several bottles of alcohol were stolen from the store, and members of staff were threatened.

After police officers attended the scene, "fast-time" enquiries revealed that the suspect had boarded a train towards Borehamwood.
The train was then stopped, and the man arrested.
A knife and bottles of alcohol were also recovered.
Brian Frame, 35, has now been charged with theft from a shop and threatening a person with an offensive weapon.

Following further enquiries, he was also charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article, in connection with an incident at The Local Supermarket in Shenley Road, Borehamwood, on Thursday May 4.
He was remanded into custody at Hatfield Remand Court yesterday (Wednesday, June 28).
He is now due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on Wednesday, July 26.
