An image has been released following an attempted burglary in St Albans.
The incident at around 10pm on Sunday, July 23, when a suspect attempted to gain access to a property on Beaconsfield Road, via a patio door.
Hertfordshire police have now appealed for the public's help in identifying the man pictured.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "We are releasing an image of someone we want to identify following an attempted burglary in St Albans.

"The image is being released because the person pictured is believed to have been in the area at the time and could have information to assist enquiries.
"Is this you, or do you recognise this person?
"Please email PC Ellie Scheimann, from the Local Crime Unit, at ellie.scheimann@herts.police.uk with any information."
