Hertfordshire police have released an image of a man that they would like to identify following the theft of a mobile phone in St Albans.
The incident took place at around 4pm on Saturday, August 26, in Stevensons uniform shop on Victoria Street.
At that time, the victim was sat on a chair when a phone fell from their pocket, and onto the floor.
The offender then walked into the shop and took the phone.

PC Seán Lannon said: "We are releasing this image because we believe the individual pictured may have been in the area at the time and could have information to assist our investigation.
"Is this you, or do you recognise this person?
