A 48-year-old man has pleaded guilty to six counts of "making off without payment" for fuel.
The man, who is from Hemel Hempstead, was fined £640 and ordered to pay a further £737 in compensation, after making the plea at Hatfield Magistrates Court on Monday, November 6.
The thefts occurred at petrol stations in Hemel Hempstead, Bushey Heath and Flamstead, between March 16 and April 8 this year.
