Hertfordshire police have issued four warnings for anti-social driving following a spate of incidents in Hemel Hempstead.
All four Section 59 warnings were given out last week after a number of incidents in Gadebridge Park's car park.
On Tuesday (November 21), a BMW was seized after it was reported as drifting and "doing burnouts" on a roundabout near the town.
The incident follows similar reports of cars racing at Gadebridge Park and Maylands Avenue.
"We will continue to take action against those who drive anti-socially, to help keep people safe."
Hertfordshire police initially released a warning to those driving anti-socially in the car park for Gadebridge Park in June.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: "Rest assured we will investigate and look to gather evidence via many means such as CCTV, dash cam footage and eyewitnesses.
"Local officers PC Cseh, PC Berwick, PCSO Gerard and PCSO Cook regularly patrol the location looking to keep you safe.

"A ‘Section 59 warning' - under the Police Reform Act 2002 - means that if the drivers are caught again within the next 12 months, police have powers to seize their vehicle.
"If offenders do not subsequently reclaim them and pay storage or recovery fees, their vehicles can be crushed."
