Four new three-bedroom houses could be constructed in Radlett, should new plans be approved.
The application for land adjacent to 1 and 3 Thelusson Court, Woodfield Road, includes parking, amenity, landscaping and a cycle store.
A previous application for the same number of houses was withdrawn in 2018, with new revised plans now in place.
Drawings of the proposed dwellings are included in the new application, along with biodiversity assessments and proposed floor plans.
A summary of the proposed development's impact on nearby trees reads: "The scheme proposed will require a few trees to be removed.
"Two small oaks conflict directly with the proposed footprints; one cherry is dangerous and is proposed removed for safety, and two small cherry trees are proposed removed for aesthetic and landscape improvement reasons.
SUGGESTED READING
"All retained trees will be easily protected from harm during the project."
The application can be viewed by using reference 23/1762/FUL on the Hertsmere Borough Council planning portal.
