Plans have been approved for a new apartment building to be constructed in Frogmore, St Albans.
The development at 4A Frogmore will house two apartments, both featuring two bedrooms.
"Associated amenity space", landscaping, a bike store, refuse store and parking are all included within the plans.

A design and access statement included within the application reads: "We have designed a contemporary small housing scheme appropriate in size and scale for the site and locality.
"The apartments all have generous and good quality living space with balconies.

"The proposal addresses the main road in a consistent and rational manner that gives a pleasing frontage.
"The apartments will provide high quality residential accommodation in a desirable location."

Approving the development, a decision notice added: "In the pursuance of their powers, the council hereby permit the development proposed by you in your application."
