Colin Langley - of Hitchin Road, Luton - has been fined for possession of class B drugs and going equipped for theft in Harpenden.
The 32-year-old appeared at Luton Magistrates' Court last Tuesday, March 12, where was ordered to pay £785 for a number of offences.
Firstly, on June 10, 2023, Langley was found to be in the possession of bolt croppers for the use in the course of, or in connection with, theft.
For this crime, he was fined £300 and was ordered to pay costs of £85, along with a surcharge of £200.
The same day, he was found to be in possession of a quantity of cannabis, which was forfeited and destroyed.
With a guilty plea taken into account, no further penalty was awarded for this offence.
On November 8, 2023, the Luton man failed to surrender to police/court bail at an appointed time, leading to a fine of £100.
