St Albans Magistrates Court results – April 3 

Dionne Hampson: 52, of Wells Close, Harpenden. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on November 27, 2023, by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Ordered to pay court costs £85. 

Vishal Patel: 34, of Tudor Walk, Watford. On April 10, 2023, drove a Honda Civic on A4125, Eastbury Road, Watford at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. On April 28, 2023, drove a Honda Civic on B462 Aldenham Road, Bushey at 48mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £340, plus ordered to pay victim services £131 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 4 points. 

Matthew Freegard: 45, of Shirley Road, St Albans. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Hatfield Magistrates Court on February 15, 2024, by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £85. Community order made – Under curfew for 12 weeks. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – April 9 

Leanne Gibbons: 43, of Wenselydale, Hemel Hempstead. On December 5, 2020, drove a Volkswagen Passat on High Street, Gravesend when there was a proportion of amphetamine in her blood. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £620. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – April 10 

Jay Patil: 31, of High Street, Watford. On December 28, 2022, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Honda motorbike who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £375 plus ordered to pay victim services £150 and court costs £620. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – April 11 

Bably Chowdhury: 51, of Austin Road, Luton. On July 25, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a BMW 320D who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points 

Alieu Jaiteh: 52, of Hobletts Road, Hemel Hempstead. On June 19, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Ford Transit who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £500 plus ordered to pay victim services £200 and court costs £100. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – April 12 

Lloyd Lee: of Midland Road, Luton. Application for the order for destruction of an XL Bully. Court has ordered the XL Bully to be destroyed unless an appeal is lodged within 21 days.

Alexander Prospere: 35, of Stuart Street, Luton. On March 13, 2023, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Vauxhall Movano who was alleged to have been guilty of offence. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £28 and court costs £150, Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 6 months. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – April 16 

Richard Powell: 38, of Fairfolds, Watford. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from imprisonment by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £50. 

St Albans Magistrates Court results – April 16 

Jordan Khan: 30, of Haig Close, St Albans. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by St Albans Magistrates Court on April 21, 2022, by failing to attend appointments. Fined £50 

Porteur Henry: 20, of Park Street Lane, Park Street. On June 8, 2023, drove a Volkswagen Polo on Peggetts Way, St Albans when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £160 plus ordered to pay victim services £64 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.
