Vishal Patel: 34, of Tudor Walk, Watford. On April 10, 2023, drove a Honda Civic on A4125, Eastbury Road, Watford at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. On April 28, 2023, drove a Honda Civic on B462 Aldenham Road, Bushey at 48mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £340, plus ordered to pay victim services £131 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 4 points.
Matthew Freegard: 45, of Shirley Road, St Albans. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Hatfield Magistrates Court on February 15, 2024, by failing to attend office appointments. Fined £85. Community order made – Under curfew for 12 weeks.

Leanne Gibbons: 43, of Wenselydale, Hemel Hempstead. On December 5, 2020, drove a Volkswagen Passat on High Street, Gravesend when there was a proportion of amphetamine in her blood. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £620. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Porteur Henry: 20, of Park Street Lane, Park Street. On June 8, 2023, drove a Volkswagen Polo on Peggetts Way, St Albans when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £160 plus ordered to pay victim services £64 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months.
