A shoplifter from London has been fined after stealing £121.50 worth of chocolate and alcohol from a St Albans supermarket.
Abbi Fox was ordered to pay two £40 fines after appearing at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court yesterday (Wednesday, May 8).
The Edmonton woman had stolen the goods from Sainsbury's on Wednesday, March 20, before failing to surrender to police or court bail at an appointed time on Tuesday, April 9, without a reasonable excuse.
The 24-year-old pleaded guilty to both offences.
