St Albans City and District Council have announced upcoming changes to bin collections ahead of the bank holiday.
Like many workers, bin collection staff will not be working on bank holiday Monday, meaning no bins will be collected on that day. As a result, bin collections will be a day late throughout next week.
The full changes are as follows:
Monday, May 27 - Tuesday, May 28.
Tuesday, May 28 - Wednesday, May 29.
Wednesday, May 29 - Thursday, May 30.
Thursday, May 30 - Friday, June 1.
Normal service will resume the following week (w/c June 3).
