TV chefs from MasterChef and the Great British Bake Off are among the famous foodies joining stars from the world of music for an event known as 'Gastro-Glastonbury'.
Oaklands College will play host to the Foodies Festival, which runs between May 31 and June 2.
The three-day event will see live cooking demonstrations and live music, with the full line-up now confirmed.
Chefs announced include MasterChef's Theo Michaels, This Morning's Omar Allibhoy and former MasterChef contestant's Scott Barnard, Omar Foster and Sonia Gallo.
Theo Michaels, who lives in Hertfordshire, said: "I'm super excited to be cooking at the legendary Foodies Festival again; such a great day out for the whole family to indulge in plates of mouth watering food, sample amazing local produce and watch some top chefs in action!"
From the world of music, the event will see live performances from Blue, Sister Sledge and the Symphonic Ibiza Orchestra.
Duncan James from Blue, said: “We’re all looking forward to performing in St Albans. The Foodies crowd is always buzzing and up for a great day and night out!
"A definite highlight is the lovely food from around the world. We’ve enjoyed some amazing dishes at the festival and can’t wait to try some more!”
The weekend will also showcase the best of the region, with many of Hertfordshire's award winning chefs in attendance.
Attendees will also have access to a Kids Cookery School and drinks masterclasses, hosted by famous faces from BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
For the fifth year running, the festival is supporting Musicians Against Homelessness (MAH) with tickets helping to raise money for UK-wide homelessness charity Crisis.
Day tickets start at £4 for kids and £21 for adults, with three day ticket combos from £42. Under sixes go free.
