A motorist has been left with "slight injuries" following a three-vehicle crash on the M1 yesterday (May 30).
The northbound carriageway was closed between Junction 8 for Hemel Hempstead and Junction 9 for Redbourn following the collision, which took place just after 2.30pm yesterday.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, with one person injured during the incident.
Police confirmed this morning: "Officers were called just after 2.30pm yesterday (May 30), to reports of a road traffic collision on the M1 northbound between Junctions 8 and 9.
"It was reported that three vehicles were involved. One person sustained slight injuries.
"The road was cleared just after 4pm."
