A woman was the victim of a "racially aggravated incident" in Radlett, with officers now trying to track down the suspect.
The incident happened between 8pm and 8.20pm on Monday, May 27, in Theobald Street, when a woman in her 40s was reportedly subjected to racially aggravated language while walking home.
The suspect is described as a white man of stocky build. He was wearing sports shorts and had a birth mark on one of his calves.
"Our enquiries are continuing, and I am appealing for anyone who saw what happened, or who has any further information, to please get in touch," said PC Harry Levi, investigating.
