A popular bubble tea and cafe shop has moved to a new home in St Albans after leaving the Maltings Shopping Centre.

HiTea opened its St Albans cafe in January 2023, moving into the Maltings after success in London and Reading.

Now, they've made the switch to 41 Catherine Road, bringing their range of teas, coffees and treats to a new location.

Announcing the move in a post on social media, a spokesperson for HiTea said: "We're back and better than ever - we cannot wait to welcome you into our new home.

"We have a wide range of beverages including bubble tea, fruit juice, vegan drinks, coffee, and smoothies."

As well as beverages, they pride themselves on their waffles and crepes.

Other menu offerings include macarons, cookies and cakes.

They promise customers high-quality products and a 'delightful' service experience.

At the new site, they will also cater for birthday parties and other similar events.

HiTea are open from 11am until 6pm from Monday to Saturday, closing 30 minutes earlier on Sundays.
