A man has been spotted behaving suspiciously in St Albans near Clarence park.
It was reported that on Monday, August 19, a man was seen acting suspiciously between 10.30pm and 11.30pm in the vicinity of St Peters Road, Manor Road, Newsom Place and Hatfield Road.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.
PC Emily Blow said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and believes they have information that could assist our investigation. Please get in touch with me via email at emily.blow@herts.police.uk.
“As part of the investigation a man has been arrested and released on bail while our enquiries continue.”
