A new food and drink spot is set to pop up in St Albans, with Café 89 announcing plans to open next week.
The café will be located inside The Range store in the Abbey View Retail Park.
Announcing the news on social media, a spokesperson for the new café said: "We will offer a welcoming meeting space with delicious cooked to order food, and premium barista made hot drinks."
"Good and affordable food" is a selling point for the new spot, with Café 89 offering a full English breakfast for £3.99 and lunchtime offers which include pizza and burgers for £5.49.

Appealing to families, the café has also announced that kids will eat completely free throughout the opening weekend, October 4 to 6.
Café 89 already has several venues across the UK, with the St Albans café marking a first foray into Hertfordshire.
Food and drink lovers in the city have been spoilt for choice in recent weeks with wellness space Fave including a bakery in its Park Street offering, while high-quality restaurants Vourla and Hazéls opened opposite each other on Verulam Road over the summer.
Café 89 will open on October 4 at 10am.
