A road in Hemel Hempstead has been flooded following with heavy rain for the second time in a week.
Pictures show water rising up in Two Waters Road, to the entrance of B&Q.
Gadesbridge Park has also been affected by "significant" flooding, with an event scheduled for next weekend being cancelled.
The Ibiza Orchestra Hemel Hempstead - scheduled for October 4 - has been axed, as organisers say they are unable to proceed with the set up for the event after the extreme weather.
This latest bout of flooding comes after the county was issued with a tornado warning, as well as a yellow warning for rain issued by the Met Office which is in place until 9am tomorrow.
"Whilst some areas will miss the worst, heavy showers and some thunderstorms will occur during today," the warning states.
Flooding hit several areas of Hertfordshire on Monday, causing traffic chaos and damage to businesses.
