A fresh round of public notices have been published for St Albans and Harpenden residents.

The following planning applications could affect the district in the coming weeks and months.

1. St Germain's Barn

Plans have been submitted that would see a change of use for the barn adjacent to Grebe House on St Michael's Street in St Albans.

If approved, the barn would be turned into a theatre space.

2. Lemsford Road

An application has been made to replace four single glazed timber windows with four double glazed 'Residence 9' PVC windows at 28 Lemsford Road, St Albans.

3. Rothamsted View

Permission is being sought for the erection of a detached building at 2 Rothamsted View, Harpenden.

It would be constructed in the properties rear garden.

Finally, plans have been submitted for replacement windows and external doors at Rothamsted Lodge in Hatching Green, Harpenden.
