A man from St Albans has pleaded guilty to stealing a puppy from South Mimms Service Station.
Michael McDonagh, of the Barley Mow Caravan Site in Barley Mow Lane, pleaded guilty to theft at St Albans Magistrates' Court yesterday (October 1), after originally entering a not guilty plea.
On March 4, 2021, the now 29-year-old stole a German Shepherd puppy, valued at £2,100, from South Mimms Service Station.
McDonagh has been released on unconditional bail until November 7, when he is due to appear for sentencing at St Albans Magistrates' Court.
