A widely-regarded St Albans roofer will soon venture into the personal training and fitness scene with his new gym - he provided The Herts Advertiser with an exclusive look inside.
Chris Blow, known for heading Total Roofing contracting LTD, is "looking forward" to welcoming his customers to the newest gym in St Albans.
Based at 413 Hatfield Road, Total Fitness will be a space for classes and training opening Tuesday, October, 22.
The unit, formerly home to CS Flooring, has endured a complete transformation including fresh matting, a selection of dumbbells and squat racks.
Chris said: "We want to help people achieve their goals and lose weight. We are offering boot camp, boxing classes and offering help with nutrition.
"On site will be professional PTs who are fully trained in all aspects of fitness and first aid."
The full list of sessions includes:
- Boxing
- Strength conditioning
- Private PT sessions
- Boot camp
- Weight workouts
- Cardio workouts
- Nutrition advice

Total Fitness will offer "student deals" due to its location near Oaklands College and Beaumont Secondary School, also allowing walk-ins.
"We want to help the local community like we did when Covid hit," Chris added.
Chris own London Colney company, Total Roofing contractors LTD, that won many awards over the years for helping the St Albans community and carrying out jobs for the elderly for free.
Sessions will cost around £25 to £30 per hour and a Facebook page and website are being launched in the coming weeks.
