Two people were hospitalised after a van and car crashed, trapping one man inside a vehicle.
Herts Fire and Rescue shared that a crew from St Albans Fire Station were on the scene of the smash in B556 Harper Lane, Radlett, and were assessing the situation just after 3pm yesterday (October 13).
The man had been removed from the car and was in the care of East of England Ambulance Service by 3.36pm.
This morning, a Herts Police spokesperson has confirmed that the men were taken to hospital with injuries but added that these were not deemed to be life threatening.
The force had been called out with reports that a white Mercedes Van and a bronze Toyota Auris Estate had crashed at 2.44pm.

Herts police confirmed they are investigating a collision which occurred in Harper Lane yesterday.
"Two vehicles were involved and one person sustained serious injuries," a spokesperson added.
