St Albans City rode their luck to reach the next round of the FA Cup.
The National League South side travelled to Southern League Premier Division Central Leiston and came away with a 2-1 win, courtesy of goals from Gio Rasulo and Dylan Fage, the latter on 68 minutes, eight minutes after the hosts had equalised.
And manager David Noble admitted there was a touch of fortune about the success.
He said: "It wasn't a great performance and I think we were a little lucky.
"But we've won a game of football and it's not easy to win games, especially in the FA Cup.
"There will have been some shocks and I'm glad we weren't one of them.
"We want to get to the first round. Every team at our level, that's the goal.
"Yes, you may need a few favourable draws but that's what we're looking to do.
"The goalscorers put the numbers up, the one bit of quality from us was Gio Rasulo's goal. It was a beautifully taken goal.
"The pass came awkwardly but it was a beautiful goal. It was an excellent goal."
The draw for the third qualifying round is released on Monday.
