The Chiltern Cross-country league has come to a conclusion with some fabulous results for St Albans Striders.
The final round took place in Oxford and ended with the women's team a marvellous third overall and second in the veteran's competition.
With running clubs from across Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire battling it out through mud and floods over the winter period, the Striders were delighted with their silver and bronze placings.
Individually, Lily Seach finished fifth overall in the senior category, the highest Strider position over the five Chiltern League events.
Other successes from the club over the weekend, included a stellar performance from Laura Johnston who placed 10th in the Victoria Park Half Marathon with a time of one hour 28 minutes and Matt Nicholson who took second place at the Love Welwyn Garden City 10k, clocking 35:30.
