Harpenden had their unbeaten start to the Herts Cricket League Premier Division season ended by one of their rivals.
They went down by 51 runs at home to Totteridge Millhillians, who extended their own winning run to three from three.
The away side had batted first upon winning the toss and they seemed to have struggled to a disappointing score, finishing on 149 after 47 overs.
They had lost their first wicket with the score on seven and had got to just 33-1 after 10 overs and by the halfway point of the innings they had managed just 70-2.
It didn't get any better in part two and by then end Harry Seagrave had claimed three wickets with Ben Frazer, Ashley Sivarajah and Arthur Garrett getting two each.
But Harpenden couldn't do any better with the bat and ended up all out for 98 in the 21st over.
They had lost two wickets in the opening over and by the time five overs had been faced, they were in disarray at 8-5.
Alex Gosling was the last man out with 29, their top score.
Radlett on the other hand picked up a first win of the season, beating North Mymms by 38 runs at Cobden Hill.
The home side made 267-7 in their 50 overs, Josh De Caires (85) and Kabir Toor (52) putting on 99 for the fourth wicket, all after a 74 stand for the third between De Caires and Dominic Chatfield (56).
Gurpreet Basra chipped in with 32 in 19 balls.
The problem for Mymms was they were unable to make any partnerships of real note, not until Rhys Wynne and Richard Soulsby put on 63 for the ninth wicket, taking them from 166-8 to 229-9.
Wynne departed to the final ball of the penultimate over after making 45, with the game already done, and Soulsby followed to the first ball of the last over for 14.
Koby Cornwell got 3-27, just beating Md Nidheesh's 3-32 to the title of best bowler.
Basra got to 2-19.
Radlett have a derby at home to Shenley Village up next while Harpenden go to West Herts.
St Albans fell to a dramatic one-run loss at home to Chorleywood.
The visitors got to 150, Max Capaldi their chief tormentor with 4-19 although George Sims and Maicol Javed got two wickets each.
In reply, 34 from Joe Regan and 23 for Will Bancroft got towards their target and they went into the final over on 142-8, needing nine runs to win.
They got one on the second ball, but also lost Samuel Kumar as they were pushing for a second.
A no ball brought two byes and an extra delivery and they followed it up with a single and a two.
They still needed two to win or one to tie but Chris Mude was run out going for a score, leaving them agonisingly short.
Redbourn are finding life in Division One tough as they fell to a third straight defeat, losing by 40 runs to Sawbridgeworth.
They batted second but were all out for 205, 70 from Harry Cobb and 47 for Conor Yorath accounting for many of them.
